DALLAS - The high courtroom will allow a wrongful loss of life lawsuit to proceed against town of Dallas and 4 police officers.
The household of a person who died in police custody in 2016 sued.

The city of Dallas argued the officers are legally shielded from lawsuits.
The Supreme Court upheld a federal appeals court docket’s ruling that will allow the case to proceed.
