Wife stuffed husband’s telephone with little one porn in attempt to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered around loading hundreds of images of kid pornography onto her husband’s phone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have labored collectively to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her youngsters back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned in keeping with the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the phone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned within the system and stated she noticed Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view child porn of their dwelling.

The police say that cellphone had a whole lot of images of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they began to surprise why the cellphone he was utilizing didn't have any photographs similar to those Moore turned into them. That’s when they reportedly got a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore were mates and had mentioned finishing up the incident in advance.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially said she didn’t know Hucks, she informed them that they were buddies and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the cellphone.

The husband told Police he had not seen his outdated phone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t assume too much of it as a result of it was not his major phone and did not have service.”

Moore is dealing with charges of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the identical prices as well as a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
