Spouse filled husband’s cellphone with child porn in attempt to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered around loading a whole lot of pictures of kid pornography onto her husband’s phone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have labored collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her kids back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said based on the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her flip the telephone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the device and stated she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view baby porn of their house.

The police say that phone had lots of of photos of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they began to wonder why the phone he was utilizing did not have any images similar to the ones Moore was them. That’s after they reportedly got a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore had been friends and had mentioned finishing up the incident prematurely.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially said she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they had been friends and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the phone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she by no means noticed the husband with the phone.

The husband informed Police he had not seen his old phone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t assume too much of it because it was not his primary cellphone and did not have service.”

Moore is dealing with charges of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the identical fees as well as a cost of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
