BARNSTEAD, N.H. -- A person was arrested Friday after multiple indicators saying "college shooter" have been found in Barnstead, Epsom, and Pittsfield, New Hampshire, the state's Division of Security announced. Guy Hanson, 61, of Pittsfield, faces a number of charges.

Hanson allegedly placed the signs around the communities, the Division of Security mentioned, but they decided there isn't a credible risk at this time.
The New Hampshire Department of Safety is investigating signs that learn 'faculty shooter!' which have been present in a number of communities New Hampshire Division of SecurityOne such sign was written on a paper plate. The safety department launched a photo of the plate but blurred part of it "to protect the integrity of the investigation."
Hanson was arrested on a felony charge of criminal threatening and three misdemeanor expenses together with false report to law enforcement, false public alarm and legal threatening. He is being held in Merrimack County Jail pending a listening to scheduled for Tuesday.
No other suspects have been charged right now.
